Steps to get your existing "email only" YahooGroups entry connected to your new YahooGroups registration.

1.) Sign in to your new YahooGroups ID.  After doing this it should look like this:

2.) Enter JC_Bears into the box next to the Search button on this page.  Click search.  You should now see something like this (note this example uses KevinsTestGroup as the group to be joined):

3.) Now select the group you wish to join by clicking on it.  Here I select KevinsTestGroup.  You should select the JC_Bears group.  This will bring you to a screen which looks like this:

4.) You should now choose "Find yoru membership" because you are already a member.  It will bring you to a screen looking like this:

5.)  This screen is now telling you that it can't match your current "verified" email address to the "email only" entry in the YahooGroup. So, it wants to verify your current address so it can match it with the entry already there.  Click on "Verify" which is next to your email address.  It should take you to a screen like this:

6.) It has not sent you email which will have the information in it to enter on this screen.  Go to your email account, get the information for email confirmation code.  Enter this code and your password on this form.  Click on the "Verify" button.  This will bring you to a screen like this:

7.) It has now verified your email address and matched you with the "email only" entry for this list.  You now want to click on "Get Web Access".  This will get you to a screen to enter your preferences for this YahooGroup which will look like this:

8.) Make your appropriate selections on this page and select the "Save Changes" button.  You will now be finished and should see a screen similar to this showing the members of the JC Bears and you should now be listed.  Here there are only two members of this test group but the screen will look something like this:
